Since our founding in 2013, Peninsula Food Runners has made significant progress in reducing hunger throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. Last year alone, we helped provide more than 4 million meals to local families while diverting nearly 5 million pounds of nutritious, edible food from landfills.

In addition to our daily food recovery efforts, Peninsula Food Runners provides holiday meals each year to families and seniors experiencing hardship, especially during Thanksgiving. We believe no one should go hungry.

This event is essential to sustaining and expanding Peninsula Food Runners’ mission across Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
